April 3, 2018, Mt. Prospect, IL – Cummins Allison, the leading innovator and provider of coin, currency and check processing technology as well as ATMs, today announced that Hilltop National Bank, located in Casper, Wyoming, upgraded their ATM fleet with six ATMs from Cummins Allison.
“When we got notification that six of the ATMs in our fleet were approaching end of warranty support, we invited replacement bids from a number of ATM providers,” said Cheryl Wedlock, assistant vice president and bank card services manager, Hilltop National Bank. Upon learning that Cummins Allison offers a full range of high performance ATMs, Wedlock and the rest of the Hilltop team began evaluating them and selected Cummins Allison’s H34 and H48 models.
Deciding factors: upgradeability, dependability, dedicated service
One of Hilltop’s many deciding factors was the upgradability of the machines for future technologies such as automated deposit in addition to ongoing support and service. Customers took notice when the new machines were installed at one of Hilltop’s higher volume locations. “Two of our machines face east, in the past when the sun shone, it made conducting transactions extremely difficult,” said Wedlock. “With a super high bright sunlight readable screen, customers don’t experience that issue any longer. Cummins Allison also went the extra mile by assigning a dedicated service representative should we need it,” she concluded.
